1、 Main features:
1. The CNC machine tool adopts a 45 degree inclined layout and an integrated structure of the bed and base, greatly improving the bending and torsional stiffness of the CNC machine tool during operation. The high rigidity and high stability of the integrated bed base provide strong guarantees for the high precision of the whole machine and have vibration absorption function.
2. The standard configuration of the CNC lathe is a Taiwanese sleeve spindle. The spindle bearings adopt Japanese NSK high-precision rolling spindle bearings, and the maximum speed of the spindle can reach 6000r/min. The spindle is servo driven and can achieve C-axis differential indexing machining.
3. The standard use of high-performance linear slides and ball screws in CNC lathes enables the machine tool to move with high precision and speed, greatly improving machining efficiency
4. The standard configuration is a servo turret, followed by a turning milling mechanism to achieve 4+1 axis turning milling composite machining or 5-axis machining.
5. CNC machine tools have high machining accuracy and efficiency. Maximizing the reduction of processing steps and improving product quality.
